Can anyone signup for the referral scheme?
Yes anyone can signup. You do not even need to be a Digital Delivery App customer to refer others. Just signup for an account if you don’t already have one (you won’t be charged unless you start selling stuff) and navigate to the Account tab and then Referrals on the sub menu to get started.
