Can anyone reserve a room in the REJ Conference Center?
A legislative agency or entity may reserve a room up to six months in advance. Non legislative agencies or groups must acquire a legislative agency or entity sponsor to reserve a room. Legislative sponsors must notify the REJ Conference Center scheduling manager by e-mail that they have agreed to sponsor a meeting in the REJ Conference Center and identify the agency or group being sponsored. Reservations may be submitted up to six months in advance.
