Can anyone recommend some must not miss or fantastic places to visit whilst traveling around america?
Spend some time in the Southwest. If you plan to go to Vegas, consider also checking out the canyon country of southern Utah. Do the “Great Circle Tour” to see Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches National Parks and the Grand Canyon. Bryce is one of the most fantastic sights in the southwestern U.S. http://www.nps.gov/brca/ http://www.nps.gov/zion/index.htm You leave Vegas at dawn, head North on I-15 and exit on St. George Utah and head to Zion National Park. If you leave Zion by mid afternoon, you can make Bryce Canyon by sundown. Everyone stays at Ruby’s Inn. http://www.rubysinn.com/ You can cross the Colorado River at Lake Powell
