Can anyone recommend some good quality non-stick pans that you can buy individually?

John Lewis own make are very good, and sold separate, but if you want pans that go in the oven they would have to be the casserole type with handles and they are a pain in the @rse when being used on the stove top if you need to drain liquid from whatever you are cooking. There are pans out there with detachable handles but they look a bit flimsy to me and I’m disinclined to trust the concept of a clip on handle on a hot pan… I’d buy separate tbh – the idea of being able to shove a pan in the oven is appealing but unless you have a catering size oven I think it only happens on the telly in cheffy kitchens and the pans are usually le creuset types and not non stick. Non stick pans tend to be thinner casings…
