Can anyone recommend, or has experience of, company formation agents/services in Hong Kong?
I am considering the formation of a Hong Kong corporation, as the Asian lead-generating face for my business as well as potentially for third parties, and have reviewed the various offerings obtained via a Google search. However, I would be interested in the experiences of others. For the record, I will be moving out to HK and spending some time there, whilst also spending plenty of time travelling around Southeast Asia and beyond, so using a HK-based service for the formation, and ongoing paperwork, makes the most sense. Depending on how things progress, my being considered HK resident for tax purposes is a possibility and this is being factored in to potential tax exposure. I have compiled a short list of possibles but I’d be interested in any experiences anyone has had, good or bad. Especially if you are, like me, of the SME ilk.
