Can anyone recommend natural herbal remedies that I can take to improve….?

I found this on this wonderful site I refer to for alternative remedies: “…A natural alternative is the circulation-boosting Chinese herb, Ginkgo biloba. Seredrin, a combination of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and phytosome (a natural plant chemical said to boost the absorption of the Ginkgo into the bloodstream), has just been evaluated in a clinical trial organised by the Raynaud’s and Scleroderma Association. The trial looked at the Effect of Treatment With (Seredrin) Ginkgo Biloba Phytosome In Primary Raynaud’s Phenomenon. The clinical study suggested that ginkgo may have a role to play in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease. But you have to take it for at least 3 months to kick in. They also recommned ginger, adding fresh ginger to hot water with honey/lemon etc. in the mornings. Also, 3,000-6,000mg of evening primrose oil per day.

What is your question?
