Can anyone recommend exercise recommendations for a problem tummy area?
You could spend loads on one of those ab crunchers, BUT what i do is a couple of exercises, one where you lie on your back bring your left knee up to touch your right elbow then relax then do it with the other leg and elbow, that’s for upper tummy, for lower tummy do straight leg sit ups, where you place your feet under a couch or something and keep your legs straight whilst sitting up , them put your hands behind your head whilst doing this. i know it works as i do it whenever i gain a few pounds.
