In Kerala you must visit KOVALAM beach – most beautiful beach in India. Partial nudity (topless – not officialy) is allowed in this beach. Bar and snax shops are plenty in the beach. You can play beach volly ball. Also visit Anjum beach in Goa – most famous India beach. There are many other beaches in Goa.
