Can anyone recommend any good triceps exercise?
Hi Steve There are so many tricep exercises that personally I would do them all or almost all the different types on different days. You can go to youtube.com and type in “tricep exercise” to pull up videos. I will get you going with my favorites though. Ok first off, I am going to give you what I would start out doing. Now, you are not new to working out so I know you know about stretching and injury prevention etc. Joints are the most susceptible to injury. To protect them, this is gonna sound wierd, but I FORCE the muscle (the tricep) to do the work mentally, and this protects the elbows and shoulders. I use the FORCE technique when I do anything, because if you slack off and get lazy, your body tries to compensate with muscles that are not really meant to bear the load, such as the rotator cuff, the bicep tendon, the elbow ligaments just to name a few. So really focus. If you want, look at the muscle and think about the muscle. You will get much better results with this mental exer
