Can anyone recommend a web designer for freelance jobs?
I have a client who is looking for a web designer who has experience working with CMS – specifically Savvy software. Also, experience with web template creation is preferred. The client is located in New Hampshire, but is willing to consider an out of state designer. The web designer must deadline oriented. Please let me know if you know of anyone. Thanks.
