Can Anyone Recommend A Really Decent Matte Foundation/Powder?
Depending on what kind of skin you have and what your budget is, I would reccommend a few brands to you and also share some tips. The first being, Maybelline Matte Mousse. If you have dry skin ANY matte foundation is a big no no, because it can be very, very drying. I learned the hard way. They also have a liquid version of it now, but I have never tried it so I couldn’t tell you whether or not it’s good. It’s not that expensive, i think it’s usually about £5.99. However, even the lightest colour, for me, looks a bit orange. The second and more expensive brand I would reccomment is MAC. They have a vast range of different colour foundations. I use a NC15 which is the lightest colour they do. I haven’t found another brand which has a perfect match. I use MAC Studio Fix which is a medium coverage, however it looks matte to me!
