Can anyone recommend a nice romantic GLUTEN-FREE restuarant in New York?
I don’t know of a gluten-free cafe, but I can recommend a raw foods restaurant for a romantic dinner. It’s called Pure Food & Wine, and they’re on Irving Place between 17th and 18th streets near Union Square. They’re kind of expensive–if you get the tasting menu, it’s around $60 a person, plus drinks, tax, and tip. Because it’s raw food, chances are there will be no foods containing gluten.
