I’ve included several links to online games that are specifically designed to reduce stress, but I would also like to recommend MindGym. It isn’t a support group per say, but it is a very interesting online self-help program developed by the Australian National University that is free and open. Crazyboards might be another one that’s interesting, because of it’s humor. They’re very helpful, and they provide a chance to find some laughter. Happy Wisdom is a site that can be uplifting and is interactive. I’m sorry I don’t have much in the way of links for support groups online, but I think you should look at what I have provided.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
