I am not a doctor, but Zyrtec/Cetirizine is good for indoor and outdoor allergies. Some people do initially experience drowsiness when starting the medication, but after a short time most people get used to the medication and the drowsiness disappears. However, if you are having an allergic reaction to something and have not been tested, I would recommend that you see an allergist and get tested. It is very important to know what you are allergic to before taking any allergy medication as different allergy medications work for different types of allergies. I have included a link below for the drug information for Zyrtec.
