Can anyone recommend a good house inspector in GA (northeast) who is thorough and reliable?
Good questions to ask any inspector that you choose — a copy of their warranty and insurance. We use a couple of inspectors, both of whom have high limits Errors and Omissions Insurance. If the inspector misses anything later determined that they should have found and reported, then their E & O insurance will cover the cost of that repair. Good peace of mind for the home buyer and the Realtor who recommends inspectors!
