Can anyone recommend a good dentist in Paddington, W2 (London, UK)?

Not been for too many years and I’ve got what’s either a filling fallen out or a brand new cavity, because I can feel it with my tongue. I’m guessing that means I probably have other cavities too that I can’t yet feel. Doesn’t hurt, but I don’t want to wait until it does! I want to see someone who won’t have a go at me for leaving it so long (because I’ve already found that out the hard way, I don’t need to be told off about it) and who won’t rip me off or do a shoddy job. I’m not scared of dentists per se – just lazy. I’m nervous right now about going, hence wanting reassurance that it’s a good dentist, but only because I’m feeling guilty and I know I need stuff doing and it’s going to a) hurt and b) cost money. And I’m worried he’s going to take one look and say “yep, six fillings and four extractions, sorry”.
