Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Winchester?
Stayed in the Winchester Hotel when I went to a wedding last summer. I would probably recommend trying it, especially if you like your hotels chic and modern. It is a bit of a walk from the town centre though and, although I got my room at a fairly reasonable rate as I booked early, the standard room rate is a bit on the pricey side.
