Can anyone recommend a basic stereochemistry textbook?
It would be helpful to know what to recommend as there are specialized books for stereochemistry, but I don’t think they will help you that much from the beginning. Do you need help with nomenclature, calculating conformational stability, etc? For the simple stuff, any two semester organic chemistry text should do it. If it is visualization you need help with, there is nothing like molecular models. If you want more advanced stuff, I suggest you first check your library as these books are liable to be expensive otherwise and may not be what you are actually looking for.
