Can anyone recomend a web-based HR management system especially targted at the recruitment process?
The system can be either as an ASP model or packaged solution which I can host internally. Cost is a factor so not planning to look at solution from companies like SAP and Peoplesoft. Ideally the solution should able to manage employee recruitment and selection process but if the system can provide with modules on assessment, learning and development, performance management and succession planning would be an added bonus. any help is appreciated.
