Here is the mouth watering recipe of Thai chicken and coconut cream, note down the ingredients first. We need one pound chicken (boneless and washed), two table spoons vegetable oil, one onion (finely chopped), half cup of fresh basil (chopped), two table spoons of fish sauce, one tea spoon of sugar and one cup coconut cream. Now let us start cooking, first of all take boneless chicken and cut into small pieces. Now heat up the oil in a medium size frying pan and then add chopped onion and cook it till it gets soft. Next, add chicken pieces and keep frying till the chicken is cooked; it will take round about three to four minutes. After having the onion and chicken cooked put in the chopped basil, fish sauce, and sugar and keep frying for two or three minutes. After two or three minutes put in coconut cream and keep stirring and cooking till the mixture is blended properly.
