Can anyone please suggest me the best racing game?
It depends on one thing only.
Do you like realistic games or arcade ones? And when I say realistic, I don’t mean the graphics, but the handling. If you want the most realistic handling, then I’d say rFactor, and GTR2. Also GT Legends, and Race Injection. Also those games can be modded and therefore you can add countless cars and tracks.

If you want an arcade games, then you have countless choices. You could try Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (2010) which has great graphics, lots of different cars, and easy arcade handling. The whole Need for Speed series is one of the greatest arcade racing series on both PC and Consoles. You can’t go wrong with those games. They’re not realistic at all, but do have MUCH better graphics.

On a side note, 2014 might be THE year for racing fans, cos many new games might get released soon. rFactor 2, Project CARS, and Assetto Corsa are games you want to follow closely. They’re going to be the new big thing.
