Take the 5 element test and let me know what your score was, and I can suggest the forms that should suit you. www.yuliqigong.com IMO there is too much BS in the Qigong field, and I want to show some good basic forms that are complete. Nothing left out, no secrets that you will only learn in private le$$ons, etc. Don’t over do it at first, start with 5 to 10 minutes of a form, then add 5 minutes a week, until you can do 30 minutes, then add another form for 5 minutes. You can do the Guo Lin walking Qigong for the same time you are able to walk now, then as your strength builds, walk longer.
