Can anyone please explain briefly why organizational structure is very important in strategy implementation?
Because it is the careful selective process of the ‘who’ that will dictate the success of any strategy for commencement. Without a set standard for an organisational structure you may as well forget it; in this case it is the combined sum of the individuals that will dictate the success or failure. It doesn’t stop there as much depends on how well the strategy is communicated, perceived and finally implemented. Monitoring audit and review (regularly) is a vital key to a successful outcome.
