CAN ANYONE ONE ASSIST WITH THE LOS ANGELES CHINESE CONSULATE?
I need some assistance with the Chinese consulate in LA. We have notarized/certified court papers from the Los Angeles court that require authentication (for use in an action we have in China). We submitted these to the consulate a couple of months ago and have made numerous contacts via our outside counsel in NY and also with a local agent without any progress or feedback as to status of the documents. Does someone have an inside track at the consulate or know of LA counsel that is Chinese or speaks Chinese that might help? Thanks.
