I hope you have told your vet WHICH parasite (roundworm, giardia, whatever) the litter-mate had. Without a specific course of treatments for that parasite having killed not just it but also its larvae as they hatch out, it may merely be in a different stage of its life cycle and ready to again give your pup big problems in a few days’ time. Also – has your vet talked to you about whether his lack of size is JUST the diarrhoea and not because he is also a pituitary dwarf?
