Can anyone just manufacture or sell our football club badges without our permission?
only if you have protected your image… if johnny has taken a cloth badge and turned it into a metal badge, which you didnt make, then NO you cant stop him. its a cutthroat world, i suggestyou alter the design slightly, (ie add a date) register it, and then announce that you have NEW club badges t shirts, and caps (etc etc) and you want to be thinking about producing a club calendar as a fundraiser… i just did one for the pinley rugby club… 500 A3 calendars, just like you get in the shops, cost to them 600 quid… and they sold them at 5 quid each… get your calculator…
