Can anyone help with japanese grammer?
‘And’ is kind of tricky to translate into Japanese 100 percent of the time. You can say ‘to’ (と)to link nouns only. For example: sushi to tenpura ga suki desu (I like sushi and tenpura) However, if you wanted to translate the word and in a sentence like….”I went to a restaurant and ate sushi”, you have to use ‘te form’ ie: watashi wa resutoran ni itte (te form of iku, to go) sushi o tabeta As well, you have to use ‘te forms’ of adjectives if you want to make a list of adjectives…etc… like can be translated as suki (which is a na adjective, not a verb) um….
