Can anyone help my 5 month old has stopped sleeping through the night?
I am having the same problem with my 6 month old. He has been waking usually only once a night for the past 2 weeks and he drinks a full 9 oz bottle…I am hoping it is just a growth spurt. I think it may also be because he is teething. Some nights he wakes more than once but gets himself back to sleep within a minute or 2. I follow a very regular routine and he is still doing this. It’s hard going from having a baby that sleeps 11-12 hours at night without so much as making a sound to suddenly not being a sleeper to brag about. Let’s hope, for both of our sakes, that it is just a phase.
