Can anyone help me with GMT time zone?

For time zone conversion go to: http://www.timezoneconverter.com/ GMT or Greenwich Mean Time is the time in Greenwich, U.K. so you either have to add hours to that or subtract…depending on whether you are east or west of this zone. There are 24 hours all grouped into zones all the way around the world (which is an oblate spheriod in shape). Sometimes the zones are marked with a + or -…if Japan is +8 zone then whatever time it is in GMT add 8 hours and that is the time in Japan. If there is an area with -5 then whatever time it is in GMT it is 5 hours behind in that area. Good luck.
