It would be difficult if not impossible. Australia has extremely strict gun control laws. The only people who can legally shoot Kangaroos are those licensed for the annual population control culling (which is limited) and outback stations (ranches). You would have to go through a police checks and a full firearm licensing to get the authority to do so. You would probably not be able to import a gun at all for the purpose you are thinking of. Remember that Kangaroos in Australia are protected under wildlife laws. Killing them without a license can lead to heavy fines or even jail time.
