Can anyone give me their opinion on Baquacil swimming pool products?
This is my 4th year on baquacil and I have never had problems until this year. Not sure what I will end up doing. Since we opened the pool this year all was well until the end of July, the water turned green and we start an all out war trying to get it back to normal. Thing is all our levels were good and there is no algae reading from the water analysis. I called baquacil hotline and after lengthy conversation, they want me to treat for metals even though my last test had no metals but it could be from organic mineral reaction because of all the trees in my area and test for phosphates. Also take a water sample from the hose we use to fill the pool to compare the water without the chemicals. If this helps anyone, great. Right now I am at the end of my rope. Not sure what else to do.
