Can anyone give me information on Felix Mendelssohns piece Sinfonia IX?

I can’t guarantee that all of this is right, but I’ll do my best. The exposition consists of a first theme in C major (2:33) and a second theme in G major (3:38). The development starts at about 4:58. The first theme is recapped at 6:09.
