Can anyone give me ideas for a black & blue wedding theme?
Black and blue is an unusual combination, for sure. I would pick a brighter blue shade, like turquoise, something that will really stand out against the black. Instead of searching for your specific color combo, try searching through blue-themed weddings until you find ones that have your chosen shade of blue.
