Can anyone give me good tips for morning exercising?
If you feel wiped out by the end of the day, allow me to suggest working out during lunch. Do yoga in the morning, a quick series of poses called Sun Salutation. This will help loosen you up and get you ready. Cardio or weight lifting is fine for your afternoon workout. It’ll get the blood flowing and get you more active for the rest of the day. It is very important that you are well hydrated and eating properly, or else exercising will make you even more tired and thus stressed.
