Can anyone give me any information on Servis washing machines?
I’m sorry you have had problems, I’ve got one of these machines am I am now horrified yours has gone wrong! 1. Try googling the parts number – you should be able to find out if it has been deleted 2. The washing machine is rocking as the repair man has moved it and it’s become unbalanced. You need to adjust the feet to level it. If you don’t it can actually damage your machine. 3. You should first find out if the part is still made. If it is you have every right to your money back if it is. The repair man should only use parts for your machine as it can damage your warranty. He should not have fitted it. If it IS still made, you can still demand your money back as he hasn’t left your machine in the correct working order. Phone back and tell them you have spoken to the C.A.B and you have been advised of your rights as a customer. Sound like you know what you are talking about and it’s important to keep your cool. The calmer you are the further you will get.
