Plum jam is super tasty drizzled over pork chops while they are still cooking or baking in the pan. You can also use it to compliment turkey & the fixins’ as a substitute for cranberry sauce. It’s also nice with turkey or chicken meatballs. It also nice to dip Chinese egg rolls into as well! You can reduce it (pour some in a pan and let it cook, stirring constantly until it becomes a syrup) and pour over ice cream or pancakes & waffles or french toast. Enjoy!
