Can anyone give me a good brownie recipe?

My family loves this recipe: FAVORITE BROWNIES Makes 2 dozen 1 teaspoon vanilla 2/3 cup softened butter or margarine 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup rolled oats 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup chopped nuts 2 eggs 2 c. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips, divided 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Beat sugar, butter or margarine, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave on medium power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth. (In the microwave, chips will appear to hold their shape when they are actually melted.) Mix chocolate into the butter/sugar mixture. Add flour, oats, baking powder, remaining chocolate chips (and nuts) and mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies pull away from the sides of pan. Cool completely, then cut into bars. If you don’t mind brownies from a mix, there are some really good ones
