Can anyone give examples of public or private places where people can go deep sea diving?
I can’t think of any examples of “private places for deep sea diving”. Private boats, or charter boats, may be what you mean. I’d guess most available fishing boats would be happy to take you and your buddy to an offshore spot, unless you plan on shooting his groupers at his honey hole. John Pennekamp State Park on Key Largo is a great place to go diving with large groups. Boats go out with 20 or so divers to offshore wrecks to 180 ft.
