Instead of just mayo, I split it up with a little bit of Dijon and it worked a charm! Fantastic Broccoli Salad – 3 Points 3 strips bacon- chopped and fried and drained 0.5 pound broccoli-chopped 0.5 cup celery- diced 1 cup green or red seedless grapes-sliced in 1/2 0.5 med onion- I use sweet salad onion 0.5 cup raisins 0.5 cup sunflower seeds 1 Dressing: 0.5 cup fat-free mayonaise 1 tbs sugar 1.5 tbs vinegar Combine all salad ingred and mix and pour dressing over all.
