Can anyone explain the Weight Watchers Core Plan to me?
Yes, you have lists of core foods, thes include lean meats, fish fruit and vegetables, some cereals such as weetabix, eggs, rice, noodles, potatoes, very low fat dairy products, diet drinks and some sauces. You can eat as much of these as you want providing it is split into 3 meals per day. You then have 21 points that you can use over a week for items such as bread, sweets or whatever your pleasure is (vodka 1 point). Hope this helps.
