Can anyone enter the residence halls?
The campus residence halls are locked 24 hours / day. Students are issued an electronic key card to enter their halls, and keys for their room. Guests must be accompanied by a resident when entering a residence hall. Resident students can enter other residence hall besides their own during the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but must be accompanied by a resident of the hall after this period of time.
Residence hall entrance doors are locked 24 hours a day. Participants must use an access card to open the main entrance door and to call the elevator (if the building has one). A key is required to unlock bedroom doors. A staff member will be on duty in the residence halls each night to help with concerns and emergencies which may arise.
