Can anyone enroll in CAPRA College?
No. CAPRA College is an approved activity of the Community and Peoples’ Recovery Association, a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) non-profit charitable organization and the college is intended to serve only students who meet the low-income requirements approved by the Internal Revenue Service. Thus at this time, only students who have a -0- (zero) Estimated Family Contribution on their official U.S Department of Education FAFSA calculation are eligible for enrollment.
