You have to turn to the blogs to find information about Askville’s stance on voting, and even that is kind of gray and ill-defined. On January 15, 2007 (yes, over a year ago), they had a blog entry about voting in general. It doesn’t talk about voting abuse in specific, but it does discuss what basis people should use to give negative votes: “Ultimately, each askviller who is voting on an answer needs to ask themselves whether they feel this answer helped the asker with their question. We realize this is a subjective decision.” Their March 27, 2007 entry provides a little more specific information about what would constitute voting abuse.
