Can anyone buy real estate in Greece?
Anyone who has EEU passport can buy real estate or property in Greece. i.e. Austrians, Belgians, Danish, Finnish, French, Germans, Irish, Italians, Luxemburg, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, from United Kingdom and Dispersion Greeks, who have either Greek or Cypriot passport. Beyond those restrictions, there is a process for non EEU applicants or their wives who can buy a real estate but this can be checked separately.
