Can anyone become a deeksha giver?
No, there are a few considerations. At this stage Bhagavan is asking only for well-adjusted people who are interested and committed in serving humanity to become deeksha givers. If you only want it for yourself and are not able to or interested in being an active deeksha giver then it is best to just keep receiving deeksha in your local area. Another consideration is that the 21-day process is very intense emotionally, psychologically and physically. If you are not in shape in any of these areas you may experience a great deal of pain and suffering during the retreat.
