When there’s a will, there’s a way… Or at least most of the time, providing you’re well. Some body types are more easy to develop than others, and some people with heart, or respiratory ailments should abstain from strenuous exercise. It’s easy to fall prey to advertising, where abs of steel, and tanned bodies abound, but your goal should be to be fit, healthy, and strong, with little or no concern with what others think. You’ll feel better about yourself with each passing day, not for what other say, but from the improved quality of your lifestyle.
