Can anyone be specific about what the “systems integration problems” and rain activating radars, are or were?
I picture a system that uses radar and ground sensors to detect and locate objects of interest for video and thermal imaging systems to identify and characterize the object; I assume there is some rules-based decision support analytical software to identify the exceptions to help determine if a response is necessary. Are the issues “false alarms”, image and thermal sensor slewing and tracking coordination with radar and ground sensors or what?
