I have to give you some information before you think of an air conditioner. Air conditioner is a really good name to sell products, it is really refrigeration. It is really like leaving your fridge door open, no more. Your apartment and building has a source of heat for you to be trying to cool off the inside of your apartment. Buildings in reality are designed to simply resist the flow of heat through them to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Architects use calculators to design your building, they never verify if it is ok. It is signed off as compliant and insured.
