Can anyone access the SOLAR tools?
Anyone can download the Planner and copies of the Staff Skill Profiles in PDF format directly from the SOLAR Web pages. Only authorized ECLKC users can access the Profiler. Head Start program directors and managers and Federal, T/TA, and Head Start State Collaboration (HSCCO) staff can request access through the ECLKC user log-in process. Once you are logged-in with an ECLKC password, simply request SOLAR access. Your Head Start director or manager must approve your request before you can begin to use SOLAR.
