Can anyone access the EDMS?

0

Yes, the EDMS is available to anyone over the Internet at http://edms.deq.louisiana.gov. However it should be noted that searches performed by the general public over the Internet are limited at this time. Members of the general public may search, retrieve, view, and print records from the EDMS in the Public Records Center, Room 127, 602 N. Fifth Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Hours of operation are 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. For more information on the PRC, please refer to Public Records website. LDEQ employees and its contractors have full access to EDMS on both the LDEQ Intranet and the Internet.
